The MS31 model can accommodate up to 11 fans and 420 AIO in a 38mm radiator or 3 x 140mm fans in the front panel, while the MS21 model can accommodate up to 8 fans and 360 AIO in a 38mm radiator or 2 x 140mm fans in the front panel.
